THE REBUILD ACT 651 ARTICLE 1

recognizes the need to rebuild the darrent region and the need to invest in new communities

1.3 - will provide a one Time fund of 300 million floreins specifically to rebuild the darrents infrastructure specifically such as roads civilians homes and government buildings
1.4 - uses funds from such fund to develop and improve road infrastructure and housing projects across Kodiak
