THE REBUILD ACT 651 ARTICLE 1

recognizes the need to rebuild the darrent region and the need to invest in new communities

1.1 - provides a one time fund of 1 billion floreins to be available to regions
1.2 - establishes the right of regions to ask for funds from this fund to rebuild and improve their respective regions infrastructure
1.3 - will provide a one Time fund of 300 million floreins specifically to rebuild the darrents infrastructure specifically such as roads civilians homes and government buildings
1.4 - uses funds from such fund to develop and improve road infrastructure and housing projects across Kodiak

ARTICLE 2

2.1 - establishes the Kodiak public works department under the ministry of commerce and labor
2.2 - the public works department will be used to build infrastructure and housing projects across Kodiak
2.3 - establishes that the public works department will only hire from the homeless and unemployed population of Kodiak
2.4 - the wages will be kept at least 20 florins above the minimum wage and shall be adjusted for inflation
2.5 - the Kodiak Public Works program will be quarterly funded with 400 million florins
2.6 - establishes that the government will directly have to use a percentage of the public works department forces to build on major infrastructure bills

3.2 - the Kodiak construction education program will be used to train individuals to be able to build infrastructure and homes and be proficient in the art of construction
3.3 - the Kodiak construction education program will be quarterly funded with 7 million florins
