'An Act to establish a state postal service.'
Article 1 - The Kodiak Postal Service
- 1.1 - Establishes the Kodiak Postal Service (KPS), headquartered in Rykkburgh with satellites in all major provinces, under the authority of the Ministry of Social.
- 1.1.1 - The day to day activities of the KPS will be directed by the Postmaster General, elected by the Postmaster Board.
- 1.1.2 - The Postmaster Board shall be comprised of the Postmasters of each of the major provinces. 1.2 - The Kodiak Post Service shall be quarterly funded with ₣200,000,000.
