A very unbiased resolution to establish a state commission to investigate politicians individual culpability for increased Communard activity during the ongoing civil conflict.

Article 1 - Establishment of Commission

1.1 - A five person independent commission shall be empanelled to investigate the role public comments from Members of the Kodiak General Assembly have made in emboldening or encouraging terrorist activity against the Republic.
1.2 - This commission shall have 12 months to investigate and deliver a report regarding the below Terms of Reference.
1.3 - Authorises 70 million florins for the commission to hire staff, sponsor travel, manage archival media, and other necessary expenditures as requested by the lead commissioner.
