:1.2 - Schedule bB to be defined as controlled substances under vise of pharmaceutical practice.

:1.3 - Drugs defined in Schedule B may be prescribed by health care professionals.

===Section 2 - Research and Development for Psilocybin and Lysergic AcideAcid Diethylamide===

:2.1 - Utilizing already world wide procured testimony for drugs listed in 1.1.

:2.2 - Procured research agrees that both drugs listed in 1.1 have medical use.

:2.3 - Medical use known includes anxiety, depression, chronic pain, post-traumatic stress disorder, deviant behavior, and improved mood.

:2.4 - Drugs listed in 1.1 have the least amount of overdose reports.

:2.5 - Available research will produce separately from this bill.

:3.1 - Immediately make possession an infraction with a fine no more than 200 without a prescription.

:3.2 - Pardon all serving inmates for possession of drugs listed in 1.1.

:3.3 - Allow all prior convicts of possession of drugs listed in 1.1 to remove said conviction off their criminal records.
