ACTION on DAY MONTH YEAR. ## AYE, ## NAY, ## ABSTAIN.
A motion to begin a vote of no confidence in Chancellor Felix Hurst.
RECOGNIZING the importance of the Office of the Chancellor;
WISHING to defend the integrity of the Republic's highest office in the eyes of her people;
APPALLED at the actions of Chancellor Felix Hurst in attempting or planning the assassination of fellow MGA Jack Williams ;
The General Assembly of the Republic of Kodiak hereby resolves to remove Chancellor Felix Hurst from his office and appoint Deputy Chancellor Antonio Recio Rufián as Acting Chancellor for the remainder of the term.
Additionally, the General Assembly of the Republic of Kodiak hereby resolves to impeach Felix Hurst, MGA, and enter a vote to remove him from the General Assembly.
