The People's Socialist Vanguard (PSV) is born out of the ashes of the failed revolution in Sjokalade, where the workers of Kodiak made their first, courageous attempt to overthrow the capitalist oppressors and reclaim their rightful control of the means of production. Betrayed by the so-called Kodiak Workers Party, which has aligned itself with the bourgeois state, we, the true vanguard of the working class, declare our dedication to the second revolution and the establishment of a truly socialist republic in Kodiak.

Our party is rooted in the struggle of the working people of Kodiak, particularly those in the neglected and exploited southern province of Sjokalade, where the remnants of the revolution continue to burn in the hearts of millions. We will not rest until the bourgeois state is dismantled and the workers of Kodiak are empowered to control their own destinies.

Core Principles

1. Workers' Control of Industry

• Nationalization of Key Industries: We will immediately nationalise all major industries, particularly those in the crumbling industrial sector, bringing them under the direct democratic control of the workers themselves. The agricultural sector, as a critical industry in Kodiak, will also be nationalised, ensuring fair distribution of its wealth.
• Worker Councils: All major industries will be run by worker councils, composed of representatives elected directly by the workers in each workplace. These councils will ensure that the workers, not capitalists or bureaucrats, have full control over production, wages, and working conditions.

2. Agricultural Reform and Rural Solidarity

• Collectivisation of Agriculture: The large agricultural sector in Kodiak, currently dominated by wealthy landowners and agribusinesses, will be collectivised. Rural workers will be empowered through agricultural cooperatives, allowing them to control the land they work and the food they produce.
• Food Sovereignty: We will prioritise food sovereignty, ensuring that Kodiak is self-sufficient in food production and that all citizens have access to affordable, nutritious food. Profits from agricultural exports will be reinvested into rural communities.

3. Class Struggle and Social Revolution

• End to Bourgeois Democracy: We do not recognise the legitimacy of the current bourgeois General Assembly, which is controlled by the capitalist elite. The People's Socialist Vanguard will work to dismantle this system and replace it with a true workers' democracy, where power is in the hands of the working class, and decisions are made by the people.
• Revolutionary Vanguard: The PSV stands as the revolutionary vanguard that will lead the workers of Kodiak in this fight. We will organise, educate, and mobilise the working class to rise up and reclaim the power stolen from them by the capitalist state.

4. International Solidarity and Anti-Imperialism

• Support for Global Revolution: We will stand in solidarity with oppressed peoples and revolutionary movements across the world, offering support and solidarity to those fighting against imperialism and capitalism. Kodiak will become a beacon for global workers' revolution.
• Anti-Imperialism: We will end Kodiak’s involvement in imperialist economic policies and ensure that Kodiak does not exploit other nations for its own benefit.

5. Environmental Justice and Ecological Socialism

• Green Socialism: The PSV understands that capitalism not only exploits workers but also devastates the planet. We will prioritize environmental sustainability through the nationalization of energy, transportation, and industrial sectors, with a focus on transitioning to a green economy.
• Agricultural Sustainability: The agricultural cooperatives will prioritize sustainable farming practices, reducing the environmental impact of large-scale farming and ensuring the long-term health of Kodiak’s ecosystems.

6. End to Political Betrayal

• Rejection of the Kodiak Workers Party: The KWP has proven itself to be nothing more than a tool of the bourgeoisie, betraying the revolutionaries of Sjokalade and the working class. The PSV rejects the reformist policies of the KWP and commits to uncompromising socialist principles.
• Worker Militias: The PSV will support the creation of worker militias to defend against state repression and ensure the protection of revolutionary gains. These militias will be under the democratic control of the people, not the state.

7. Revolutionary Government Structure

• Abolition of the General Assembly: The current General Assembly, dominated by capitalist interests, will be dissolved. In its place, the PSV will establish a Workers' Assembly, composed of directly elected representatives from worker councils, rural cooperatives, and community organisations.
• Direct Democracy: The new government will be based on principles of direct democracy, with all major decisions made by assemblies of workers and citizens. This will ensure that political power remains in the hands of the people, rather than a centralised elite.

8. Social Welfare and Economic Security

• Universal Basic Income: Every citizen of Kodiak will be guaranteed a Universal Basic Income (UBI), ensuring that no one lives in poverty while we transition to a fully socialist economy.
• Housing for All: We will guarantee affordable housing for all citizens, with a focus on building public housing in both urban and rural areas. Housing is a human right, not a commodity.
• Healthcare and Education: The PSV will implement a universal healthcare system and ensure that public education is free and accessible to all. No one should have to pay for healthcare or education in a just society.

9. Women’s and LGBTQ+ Liberation

• Gender Equality: The PSV will fight for the complete liberation of women from capitalist and patriarchal oppression. We will ensure equal pay, reproductive rights, and the elimination of gender-based violence.
• LGBTQ+ Rights: The PSV stands in full solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring that all citizens, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, are treated with dignity and equality under the law.

10. Rebuilding Sjokalade

• Reconstruction of Sjokalade: As the heart of the revolutionary struggle, the province of Sjokalade will be rebuilt with a focus on worker control and socialist principles. The PSV will lead efforts to repair the infrastructure and economy, ensuring that the people of Sjokalade are prioritised in the new socialist republic.

Conclusion

The People's Socialist Vanguard is committed to finishing the work started by the revolutionaries of Sjokalade and ensuring that the working people of Kodiak are no longer exploited by the capitalist state. We call on all workers, farmers, and marginalised communities to join us in this fight. Together, we will dismantle the old order and build a new society where the people—not the elites—hold the power.
