An act to regulate nuclear power. Replacement of The Nuclear Power Act.

Article 1 - Nuclear Reactors

1.1 - The state monopoly in the nuclear power industry (including the mining, refining and production sectors) will be replaced by a market where the state company competes.
1.2 - A 30% of the current state-owned uranium mines and similar nuclear mineral mines shall be sold to private Kodiak nuclear power companies.
1.3 - A 30% of the current nuclear power plants controlled by KEGU Co shall be sold to private Kodiak nuclear power companies.
1.4 - KEGU Co shall compete as another business in the nuclear power market, allowing other competitors to appear and compete in said market without imposing monopolistic market tactics.
1.5 - All sales money obtained from the sales of state-owned nuclear plants and mines shall be reinvested in KEGU Co's plants renovations and reforms.
1.6 - Authorises ₣200 million per quarter for the administration, inspection, research, and approval procedures of current and future nuclear reactors.
1.7 - All private businesses that buys, builds or administers a nuclear plant shall be under rigorous security guidelines and inspections in order to maintain safe procedure.
