The Labour Act

An act to regulate labour rights.
PASSED ## MONTH 2022 with ## Aye, ## Nay, ## Abstain.

Article 1 - The Work Week

1.1 - The Working Week shall be limited to 64 hours.

1.2 - Employees working above the work week limit shall be entitled to %150 pay for every additional full hour worked.

1.3 - Employees do have a protected right to industrial protest.

Article 2 - Repeal of The Labour Act, Inter

2.1 - The Labour Act (Inter) is repealed by this Act.
