An Act to provide a STEM education program to high school students in preparation for Technical College.

Article 1 - Identification
- 1.1 - STEM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Medical.
- 1.2 - STEM education is extra curriculum separate from the regular subjects in High school.
Article 2 - STEM Education Program
- 2.1 - The STEM Education Program is a two-year program provided to High School Junior and Senior Students.
- 2.1.1 - This program provides learning and hands-on training in 4 areas such as Science, Technology, Engineering, and Medical.
- 2.1.2 - Students will choose the area in which they are interested and start having this program as one of the 5 classes they are provided at the beginning of the school year.
- 2.1.3 - Students who complete the two-year program will receive a certificate of completion and be able to transfer into the Star Path State Technical College in their province with a head start to their technical college degree.
Article 3 - STEM Areas Of Interest
- 3.1 - The Science area of interest will provide students with classroom-based learning in Cosmetology, Stem Cell Research, and Agricultural Skills.
- 3.2 - The Technology area of interest will provide students with classroom-based learning in Automotive technology, Electronic Technology, Construction Technology, Computer Information Technology, Etc.
- 3.3 - The Engineering area of interest will provide students with classroom-based learning in Automotive Manufacturing and engineering, Machinist, welding, Diesel Engineering, Heating, Ventilation, and Cooling, Computer Engineering, and Industrial Maintenance.
- 3.4 - The Medical area of interest will provide students with classroom-based learning in Practical Nursing, Patient Care Medical Assisting, Pharmacy Technology, and Dental Assisting.
- 3.5 - In year two of the program, students will be given hands-on training from the available course of their choosing from their specific area of interest.
Article 4 - Funding
- 4.1 - Funding for the STEM program will be split between federal funds and also within the budget of the Star Path State Technical College.
- 4.1.1 - Funding for the program will be set at F6,250,000 quarterly, F25,000,000 annual.
