Resolution to Disregard the Candidacy of Viktor Adler, 678

ACTIONED on Day Month Year with xx Aye, xx Nay, and xx Abstaining.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE MOST SERENE REPUBLIC OF KODIAK:

RECOGNIZING that the High Court has unofficialy indicated that Viktor Adler has served two terms;

ACKNOWLEDGING the Constitutional rights of the Assembly to make its own Rules of Order and to elect the Chancellor;

BELIEVING that it is integral that no person hold executive power for an extended period;

HEREBY SHALL;

1 - Officially disregard the candidacy of Viktor Adler in the 678 election.

2 - Bar Viktor Adler from holding the offices of Chancellor or Deputy Chancellor.

3 - Remand Viktor Adler for attempting to secure an extended term.
