Repeal to the Treaty of snowfall

WHEREAS noting that no such negotiations occurred before or during the treaty being before the assembly;
WHEREAS the treaty has failed to be ratified by any parties;
RECOGNISING that the treaty goes against the general interests of the people of Kodiak;
WE, THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, do hereby repeal the Treaty of Snowfall.
