An act to boost clean energy in the Kodiak and to make the environment cleaner and safer.
Act 1: Establishing clean energy sources
1.1 Solar powered fields
1.1.1 Solar fields shall be built by the government on flat lands not used as pastures or other civil use.
1.1.2 The government must be certain that the plains are not used for civil use before installation of solar fields.
1.1.3 The common man can install solar panels for his use abiding by the regulations if not he would face penalties.
- 1.1.3.1 The government shall fund 50% of the cost for buying and installing solar panels by the common man on his house or personal use.
- 1.1.3.2 The beneficiary must provide yearly proof of using the solar panel for personal uses.
1.2 Dams and hydro energy sources
1.2.1 Dams and other hydro based energy sources will be build on manmade lakes or in rivers.
- 1.2.1.1 The CESC shall determine safe places to build hydro based energy sources
1.2.2 When building the hydro based energy sources there must be ensured that it would be damaging the land as little as possible and not putting in danger the flora and fauna that live there.
1.2.3 Man-made lakes must be made on land that will not be hurtful to the well being of the animals or people.
1.3 Wind turbines
1.3.1 Wind turbines shall be built on hilly areas and places deemed most effective by an independent research committee.
1.3.2 Turbines should be as far as possible from populated areas so not to cause sound pollution in the areas.
Act 2: Regulation
2.1 A independent Clean energy safety commission(CESC) shall be appointed to oversee the safety of the sources.
- 2.1.1 The regulation shall be for solar fields that it doesn't take place instead of pastures and it doesn't take place instead of civil use
- 2.1.2 The hydro regulations shall be that of it doesn't hurt the local fauna and flora.
2.2 A energy storage shall be build so to store the excess energy
2.3 An indipendate 5 man committee shall be in charge of the CESC.
- 2.3.1 The committee shall oversee the work of the CESC and approve or denie any suggested projects.
Act 3: Funding
3.1 The government shall allocate a total of 250 million florins quaterly for development and research of renewable energy sources.
- 3.1.1 Solar fields, panels and energy projects shall get 125 million florins quaterly to be used for research and development
- 3.1.2 All Hydro based energy sources shall get 75 million florins quaterly to be used for research and development.
- 3.1.3 All wind turbines shall get 50 million florins quaterly to be used for research and development.
3.2 The government shall allocate 50 million florins for the construction of a energy storage facility.
