BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE MOST SERENE REPUBLIC OF KODIAK:
AWARE that a drive for profit can result in detrimental service;
WANTING to ensure that state-owned companies provide the best service to the public with no other priorities;
HEREBY SHALL;
AMEND the Water Act, National Energy Act, Kodiak State Postal Service Act, and Kodiak State Telecommunication Act as below.
Article I - Amendment to the Water Act 641
- Removes the profit incentive from Kodiak Central Reservoir
