Section One - Public Health Service
- 1.1 - The Public Health Service (PHS), under the authority of the Minister of Health and Education, shall be established [1].
- 1.2 - The PHS shall be administered by a Director of the PHS[1].
- 1.3 - The PHS shall be tasked with the enforcement of all public health standards and all health-related statues under Title 2 of the Kodiak Law Code[1].
Section Two - Board of Medical Insurance
- 2.1 - The Ministry of Health and Education will establish the Board of Medical Insurance, which shall be staffed by doctors and other medical professionals[2].
- 2.2 - The Board of Medical Insurance shall be empowered to review requests by any insurance company to deny or provide partial coverage for any medical insurance claim made. The Board of Medical Insurance is empowered to approve or deny these requests[2].
- 2.3 - The Board of Medical Insurance shall be empowered to levy fines against insurance companies for non-compliance with or violation of any of the statues within this act, any act enforcing requirements on insurance companies, or any regulations passed by the Board of Medical Insurance[2].
Section Three - Kodiak Registry of Organ Donors (KROD)
- 3.1 - The Kodiak Registry of Organ Donors (KROD) is established under the Ministry of Health [3].
- 3.2 - The Registry's purpose is to maintain a list of all citizens willing to donate organs, either before or after death[3].
Section Four - Food, Occupational Health, and Safety Administration (FOHSA)
- 4.1 - Establishes the Food, Occupational Health, and Safety Administration (FOHSA), headquartered in Rykkburgh with satellites in all major provinces [4].
- 4.2 - Accurate nutrition information labels are required to be placed on all ingestible products for sale in Kodiak that are produced or manufactured in Kodiak, or imported. FOHSA shall be charged with ensuring compliance[4].
- 4.3 - The FOHSA shall be charged with overseeing the administration of healthy, and free or reduced, school lunches throughout the nation[4].
- 4.4 - The FOHSA shall be charged with ensuring the safety and minimum nutritional standards of food throughout the nation[4].
- 4.5 - The FOHSA shall be charged with issuing Food, and Occupational Health, and Safety Regulations that must be followed throughout the nation[4].
Section Five - Centre for Mental Health (CHM) [5]
- 5.1 - Establishes the Centre for Mental Health (CHM), subservient to the Ministry of Health.
- 5.2 - The CMH shall be headed by a director who shall report to the Minister for Health and Education.
- 5.3 - The CMH shall be responsible for the nation's mental health services.
- 5.4 - The CMH shall publish quarterly reports to the public.
- 5.5 - The Centre for Mental Health is authorised to collect donations from private citizens and corporations to fund operations.
Section Six - Worker's Compensation and Workplace Safety Administration (WCWSA)

- 6.1 The Worker's Compensation and Workplace Safety Administration (WCWSA) shall be established under the provision of the Ministry of Health. The Ministry of Health will have the discretion to place the WCWSA under any other administrative division of the Ministry of Health.
- 6.1.1 The Worker's Compensation and Workplace Safety Administration shall be tasked with the enforcement of all pertinent regulations concerning worker's compensation and workplace safety in the Serene Republic of Kodiak. The WCWSA shall be empowered to levy fines, enforce compliance, revoke licenses, and use any other legal authority to ensure the enforcement of these regulations and any other regulations passed by legal authority.
- 6.1.2 The WCWSA shall be empowered to create and enforce regulations surrounding the provisions of workplace safety, including, but not limited to, the definition of a safe workplace, the definition of adequate safety gear, the definition of workplace guidelines, and the definition of adequate recovery time for injured employees.
- 6.2 The Worker's Compensation and Workplace Safety Administration will be granted 25 million florins per quarter. Any and all fines collected by the WCWSA for the violation of regulations and applicable laws will be reserved for the sole use of the WCWSA.
