BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE MOST SERENE REPUBLIC OF KODIAK:
SADDENED by the tragic events that led to rebuilding and reconstruction being necessary across the nation;
KNOWING that these repair efforts are now complete;
AVOIDING unnecessary expenditure from the public coffers;
HEREBY SHALL;
ENACT the Health and Education Reconstruction Funding Repeal Act as below.
Article 1 - Post War Reconstruction and Education Reintegration Act 668
- 1.1 The Post War Reconstruction and Education Reintegration Act 668 is hereby repealed.
Article 2 - Emergency Health Investment Act
- 2.1 The Emergency Health Investment Act is hereby repealed.
