These subsidies shall act as a progressive payment per visitor.

Historical Landmarks and Cultural Patrimony
- 5.4 - Historical landmarks across all the nation will be the aim of promotion, with local tourism agencies promoting them as part of the local identity.
- 5.5 - Cultural patrimony sites will be open as a touristic attraction with small entrance fees, managed by the regional divisions of the KLCO.
Cultural Tourism Marketing Plans
- 5.6 - A new section of the Kodiak Tourism Festival shall be opened, relating to interesting, symbolic and unique cultural sites that are a must-see when going through Kodiak's multiple regions.
