An act to promote national and international cultural tourism across all of Kodiak.

Article One - Definitions

1.1 - Cultural patrimony: Objects, customs or structures that possess cultural, traditional, or historical importance to the heritage of a town or group, particularly those considered inalienable by the group if the objects are to ever be separated from the group or from the historical setting of the objects.

Article Two - Museum Promotion and Construction

2.1 - As one of the main factors of cultural tourism, museums are essential to promote it. The legal paperwork required to establish museums shall be reviewed and then streamlined to provide a simpler, more efficient process while still requiring the proper installations for a museum.
2.2 - Private museums will be offered to participate in a promotion campaign plan. In exchange of local advertisement and bonuses per visitor if the museum is relatively successful, the museums will pay the local governments where they reside in a small tariff accorded between the owners of the museums and the local government to benefit the local development.
2.2.1 - Private museums with at least 1.000 visitors per month will receive a bonus of ₣2 per visitor annually.
2.2.2 - Private museums with between 1.001 and 5.000 visitors per month will receive a bonus of ₣1.5 per visitor annually.
2.2.3 - Private museums with between 5.001 and 25.000 visitors per month will receive a bonus of ₣1 per visitor annually.
2.2.4 - Private museums with more than 25.001 visitors per month will receive a bonus of ₣0.5 per visitor annually.
2.3 - Museums owned by local governments will be granted ₣2 per visitor to promote the history of cities to the locals.
2.4 - The funding for the museum bonuses will be a total of ₣60.000.000 annually.

Article Three - Historical Landmarks and Cultural Patrimony

3.1 - Historical landmarks across all the nation will be the aim of promotion, with local tourism agencies promoting them as part of the local identity. A total of ₣20.000.000 annually will be used to fund the advertisement efforts.
3.2 - Cultural patrimony sites will be open as a touristic attraction with small entrance fees, managed by the regional divisions of the KLCO.

Article Four - Cultural Tourism Marketing Plans

4.1 - A new section of the Kodiak Tourism Festival shall be opened, relating to interesting, symbolic and unique cultural sites that are a must-see when going through Kodiak's multiple regions. A total of 10 new posts in the Festival will be avaliable for the culture section, with 3 of the posts reserved for the most prestigious museums and monuments of the nation, and 7 of those positions being reserved to cities in the region it is hosted.
