An act to promote national and international cultural tourism across all of Kodiak.

Article 1 - Law Code Introduction

1.1 - Creates Chapter 11. Sports under Title II - Health and Education (Health)

Chapter 11. Sports

Section One - Kodiak Sports Federation

Functions

1.1 - The Kodiak Sports Federation shall act as a national body that will register other sports' federations in the nation, ensure fair play and quality standards of installations, material and the practice of sports, and regulate the rules of sports in the nation.
1.2 - Any regional federations that already exist and fulfill the tasks referred to in section 1.1 will be merged with the Kodiak Sports Federation, taking over all the functions and ensuring the standards are maintained after the merger.
1.3 - The Federation will be allowed to do research on private federations' conditions, standards and rules to determine their validity as a sports federation and wether they are to be registered in the nation.

Representatives of the Federation

1.4 - The federation will be administered by the Federation Board comprised of a total of 15 members, those 15 places being 5 representatives of the 5 individual sports' federations with the biggest memberships, 8 representatives of the Ministry of Health and Education with health and sports related careers and 2 representatives of all private investors, private federations and sponsors.
1.5 - The Federation Board's members will be allowed to keep their position for no longer than 5 years consecutively, in order to ensure no extended conflict of interest or corruption occurs.

Promotion of Sport

1.6 - The Federation shall promote kodiak sport events and competitions through social media and mass media,working alongside local governments and news outlets for their promotion.
1.7 - The Federation shall work on organizing collaboration activities and events with international and foreign reputable sports federations to increase the reach and activity of kodiakers who practice professional sports and to incentivie more associations and federations to work with the Kodiak Sports Federation.

Chapter 8. Arts and Culture

Section One - Arts of Kodiak

Artistic Legacy of Kodiak

1.1 - Museums, schools of art, expositions and other institutions which promote artistic expression and legacy of Kodiak will be granted subsidies in order to keep high standard of maintenance and service.
1.2 - Schools and high schools will be instructed with including cultural and artistic activities to school curriculae, including any activities that involve the several forms of artistic expression, and projects that will incentivize students in involving themselves with these activities.
1.3 - Art expositions, classical theatres and institutions of high artistic value within Kodiak will be offered to participate in a promotion campaign plan. In exchange of local advertisement and bonuses per visitor, these institutions will pay the local governments where they reside in a small tariff accorded between the owners of the museums and the local government to benefit the local development.
1.3.1 - Museums with at least 1.000 visitors per month will receive a bonus of ₣2.5 per visitor annually.
1.3.2 - Museums with between 1.001 and 5.000 visitors per month will receive a bonus of ₣2 per visitor annually.
1.3.3 - Museums with between 5.001 and 25.000 visitors per month will receive a bonus of ₣1.5 per visitor annually.
1.3.4 - Museums with more than 25.001 visitors per month will receive a bonus of ₣1 per visitor annually.

Article 2 - Procedural Budget

2.1 - The funding for the Kodiak Sports Federation's operations will be a total of ₣200.000.000 annually.
2.2 - The funding for the promotion of artistic institutions will be a total of ₣50.000.000 annually.
