Astroberg Earthquake and Fire Relief Ongoing Funding Act 676

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE MOST SERENE REPUBLIC OF KODIAK:

MOURNING the tragic losses faced by Astroberg and the wider Karputska community;

SUPPORTING the efforts of the Astroberg Earthquake and Fire Relief and Recovery Plan to help rebuild the city;

AWARE that the bill is a one-time capital expenditure;

KNOWING that some aspects will require more long-term, ongoing government funding;

DESIRING to support the people of Astroberg;

HEREBY SHALL;

ENACT the Astroberg Earthquake and Fire Relief Ongoing Funding Act as below.

Article 1 - Healthcare

1.1 The field hospitals described in section 1.2.1 of the Astroberg Earthquake and Fire Relief and Recovery Plan (henceforth AEFRRP) shall be continued until permanent medical facilities are rebuilt under section 3.1.3 of the AEFRRP.

1.2 The field hospitals are granted ₣28 million per quarter.

Article 2 - Housing

2.1 The temporary housing described in section 1.3 of the AEFRRP shall be continued for those unable to return to their homes, until they are either able to relocate to a new home or placed in standard social housing.

2.1.1 The temporary housing is granted ₣71 million per quarter.

2.2 The rental support described in sections 2.1.2 and 2.1.5 of the AEFRRP shall be continued at ₣82.5 million per quarter.
