Amendment to the Public Housing Act
Article 2
AMENDING Article 2.1.2 An individual has been a naturalised Kodiak Citizen and resided within Kodiak for a total of at least three (3) of the previous five (5) years, 'and currently living in Kodiak for last 2 months'.
ADDING Article 2.1.5 All of the people that meet previous qualifications must provide proof of living or plans to live in Kodiak.
AMENDING Article 2.2.7 Individuals, couples, or families earning less than '75%' of the NIFTAI.
REEMOVING Article 2.2.8
ADDING Article 4: Regulations
4.1 All work on the housing by its inhabitants after a 5 year period exlcluding people falling in 2.1.1 through 2.1.4 would be done not have to be paid by DoHA.
4.2 Houses built by the DoHA must not be put on the Real Estate market for at least 12 years.
CHANGING Article 4-5
AMENDING Article 4.2 The Department of Housing Administration shall be quarterly funded to '₣500,000 millions'.
