Advancing Kodiak Heritage and Tourism Act (672)
Article 1: Nature trails and historical Kodiak landmarks
1.1 Under the ministry of Commerce and Labour there will be formed the Independent Kodiak Heritage Committee (IKHC).
- 1.1.1 The IKHC will be made of archeologist, geologist, historians and religious experts, selected by the ministry.
- 1.1.2 The IKHC's goal would be to define the most meaningfull, interesting, important and profitable regions or landmarks.
- 1.1.3 The landmarks and nature recommended by the committee will be vetoed and it will be determined if development would commence.
- 1.1.4 Park land needs to ne mostly uninhabited and not be located on any sacred land.
1.2 Parts of Nature that are deemed meaningfull or it is exceptionally beautiful would be transformed into national or regional parks.
- 1.2.1 As a part of the transformation there would be built educational trails and eco-friendly accomodation. Such as: A) camps that would be 20 minute walk from car accessible area B) eco- sustainable housing 15 minute walk from the park
C) Hotels and private accomodation would be allowed 1km outside the park.
- 1.2.2 There would be classic trails for people that want to enjoy the nature, and educational with a guide.
- 1.2.3 Parks would have electric powere mini-cars for those unable to move on theyre own.
- 1.2.4 A park will be allowed a restaurant per it's size.
- 1.2.5 Every park would dicatate it's prices but they would be regulated so to be affordable to the average man.
1.3 Landmarks such as statues or religious temples(that are not in use) or anything important shall be made so to educate people about it
- 1.3.1 Tours would be held of the landmarks and educational classes.
- 1.3.2 Museums would be made of cities and places deemed by the ITHC to have a rich history.
- 1.3.3 100,000 florins would be allocated for renovating old castles and historic monuments.
Article 2:Helping local businesses and funding
2.1 Local businesses and agricultural establishments would have the opportunity to establish themselves in some capacity at or around the park and landmark.
- 2.1.1 For the first 5 years The Government would allocate 250,000 florins quaterly for their contribution or the establishing of themselves as apart of the park.
- 2.1.2 All other cooperative businesses that are employee owned will receive a tax relief of 40%
2.2 400,000 florins would be quarterly allocated to the necessary building and establishing of these parks
- 2.2.1Parks must provide proof that the money only went into development of them
Article 3: Tourism
3.1 The ministry will offer 30% tax cuts for hotels and accomodation near parks or tourist hot spots.
3.2 200,000 florin investment into local restaurants and establishing new ones.
3.3 100,000 florin investment into new beaches and coastal commodities such as night clubs and pools.
Article 4: Regulations
4.1 All parks must not endangere local fauna and flora.
4.2 All new hotels and businesses must not engage in predatory practices.
